Aly Connors

As a recent college graduate, I wanted to create a space for myself where I could publish my work. My practice has been primarily motivated through studio glassworking however, has merged into a multimedia exploration of creativity.

I received a Bachelor’s Degree in the Arts with a major in Psychology and certificate in Studio Art: Glassworking. I have always found overlap in the academic world between research and art, driving me to expand into my personal career and continued education.

I consider my formal sculptural work to align with contemporary studio art while my writing varies from opinion motivated investigations to research papers. Generally, many of the topics I deliberate on through varying mediums are seeking answers to questions I have in order to reconcile some understanding.
